Rural Property Rentals

When renting in Spain you will be issued with a contract, if you are renting long term you will be issued with an eleven month contract that will be renewed, it is more difficult to rent a property furnished if you have pets. You will be expected to pay 2 months deposit and one months rent up front, this is standard practice, contracts are only legal here if they are drawn up in Spanish (you can obtain an English translation so you are sure what you are signing).
